Thank you for choosing North Phoenix Orthopedic Surgeons to deliver your orthopedic care.  This page is to help familiarize you with the way our practice is organized, and designed to inform you on how to make your visit as efficient and hassle free as possible.  We, at NPOS, are dedicated to giving each patient individual attention, and are here to serve your needs.

APPOINTMENTS
We have two office locations to serve you.  Appointments may be scheduled the location most convenient for you by calling Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM at (602) 944-2271.  You will NEED to bring any records, x-rays, MRIs to assist us in diagnosing and treating your.  If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so the time may be made available for another patient.

EMERGENCIES
A physician at North Phoenix Orthopedic Surgeons is on call everyday and also on weekends and holidays. However, in case of a life-threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Our fees are usual and customary for the area.  Our office staff will assist you in billing and payment procedures.  Any insurance co-payments and deductibles are payable at the time of service.  Fees for surgery include the usual follow-up
